OUR FEES
Unit tenant search service including :

Advertising linked to the search for a tenant,

The visit to the property,

The establishment of tenant files and pre-selection,

Presentation of tenant files to the owner.
Price: 3% of the rent excluding annual charges with a minimum flat rate of €200.00 (Fees payable solely by the owner).
Unitary service for developing the furnished or unfurnished rental lease:
Price: €9.00 per m² of living space. (Costs to be shared between the owner and the tenant at the rate of 50/50)
Unitary service for carrying out the entry inventory:
Price: €3.00 per m² of living space. (Costs to be shared between the owner and the tenant 50/50)
Unitary service of carrying out the exit inventory without entry inventory:
Price: €3.00 per m² of living space (costs payable solely by the owner).
Service for developing the computer framework for the first entry or exit inventory:
Flat rate: €150.00 (Fees payable solely by the owner)
Overall tenant set-up pack: Search and selection of the tenant, Preparation of the rental lease, Carrying out the inventory of entry and exit locations,
Price: €10.50 per m² of living space. (Costs to be shared between the owner and the tenant at a rate of 50/50).
